Dr. Sydni Yadin is a postdoctoral fellow who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her clinical work focuses on anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and health-related concerns (including issues specific to women’s health). She also has experience supporting clients navigating mood difficulties, trauma-related symptoms, and social or interpersonal challenges.
Dr. Yadin takes a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to treatment, helping clients build upon their strengths, learn effective coping strategies, and take practical, actionable steps toward meaningful and sustainable change. Her therapeutic style is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exposure-based and behavioral interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She integrates cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness-based strategies to help individuals develop practical coping skills and increase flexibility in the face of challenges.
She completed her APA-accredited predoctoral internship at the Faulk Center for Counseling in Boca Raton, Florida. Dr. Yadin previously trained at the Center for Anxiety and Behavior Therapy, where she provided specialized exposure-based treatment, as well as in outpatient and integrated care settings supporting individuals with co-occurring medical and mental health needs. Dr. Yadin earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and achieved a Master of Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania.
