Much of her clinical work is also grounded in Attachment Theory, which examines how early experiences shape present-day emotional styles and assumptions.
Dr. Grashow believes the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful agent of change, recognizing that while training and tools are crucial, it is often the strength of the therapeutic bond that drives growth and healing. Her practice is located in Ridgefield, Connecticut, though she provides virtual therapy to clients in New York, Florida, Connecticut, and PsyPact States. Dr. Grashow currently serves as the Past President of the Cognitive Behavioral Division of the New York State Psychological Association.
