Daniella Eisenstein, MS, LMFT

Daniella Eisenstein is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in evidence-based interventions for children, adolescents, and families. Her clinical expertise includes treating eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and anxiety disorders, with an emphasis on individualized care and family collaboration. Daniella is highly skilled in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP), utilizing these methods to support clients in achieving meaningful progress. She is also a trained provider of SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), an evidence-based program developed at the Yale Child Study Center to work exclusively with parents to treat children presenting with anxiety and OCD. Daniella has extensive experience working in intensive treatment settings, including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), where she provided therapy to clients and their families. She has worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans and facilitated successful transitions back to school and daily life.
Daniella earned a Master’s degree in Counseling (Marriage and Family Therapy) from the University of Miami, where she had previously completed her undergraduate studies.She remains committed to integrating research-informed practices into her therapeutic approach.
Daniella’s approach emphasizes creating a safe and supportive environment for clients and families while promoting resilience, adaptability, and emotional growth. Daniella speaks English and Hebrew and provides in-office services out of PPA’s Boca Raton location, as well as throughout Florida via telehealth.
