Bella Bonilla, joined Pediatric Psychology Associates as a New Patient Coordinator in November 2025, bringing extensive experience in customer service, healthcare support, and team leadership.

In her role, Bella serves as a primary point of contact for new families, guiding them through the intake process and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the very first interaction. She is dedicated to helping patients feel supported and informed while also assisting the clinical team through accurate coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Bella enjoys working closely with both patients and team members, making sure communication is clear and processes run smoothly. She takes pride in being reliable and supportive in her day-to-day work.

Outside of work, Bella enjoys spending time with her loved ones and values personal growth, always seeking new opportunities to learn and expand her skills in healthcare.
