Natalie Villegas is the Administrative Assistant at our South Miami office, where she plays a key role in managing patient relations, including placement and appointment coordination, in close collaboration with our other locations across South Florida. Natalie joined PPA in September of 2021 and has since been an invaluable part of our team. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Florida International University and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling. Through her graduate studies and professional experiences, Natalie has gained hands-on experience working with children exhibiting both internalizing and externalizing behaviors. She aspires to specialize in working with families and interpersonal relationships to support emotional and social well-being. Prior to her role at PPA, Natalie held a leadership position as an Assistant Manager at a K–8 Center within Miami-Dade County Public Schools, where she worked closely with students, educators, and families. Natalie’s interests outside of work include exploring Miami’s cultural scene through music and cuisine, as well as spending time by the ocean. You will find Natalie always smiling and very helpful to our families and therapists in the South Miami location.
