Dr. Matthew Seidl
Dr. Matthew Seidl is a Licensed Psychologist who provides evidence-based assessment and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults presenting with various behavioral and emotional difficulties. Dr. Seidl specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and other related conditions, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as pervasive emotional dysregulation. He also has experience collaborating with multidisciplinary staff and providing services to individuals with co-occurring medical conditions. Dr. Seidl incorporates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and related modalities into treatment, including Dialectical Behavior Treatment (DBT).
Dr. Seidl earned a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and completed his internship at West Virginia University Medicine: University Healthcare, where he provided treatment across outpatient and integrated primary care clinics. Throughout his post-doctoral residency, he received specialized training in treating OCD, anxiety, and related conditions. He also received intensive training in and provided comprehensive DBT services. Dr. Seidl provides in-office and telehealth services.
