Our usual and customary fees vary by therapist, but currently are between $150 and $200 per 45 minute appointment. The initial consultation is 60 minutes and $250. Information and fees for Psychological Testing is listed in the Testing/Assessments/Evaluations section of this website. For professional services provided that are not listed, fee arrangements will be discussed separately. Such services include: reviewing medical records, extended phone contact with patient or other professionals (with your permission), preparation of records or treatment summaries, and legal proceedings (i.e., depositions, testimony, preparation and transportation costs).

If you wish to use your insurance to cover professional services, your insurance must be verified before your appointment by our office staff. If we do not accept assignment on your insurance company, we will be happy to provide you with a detailed statement that you can submit directly to your insurance company.
